HI, I have never experienced such a negligence from the staff of this hotel.When asked to clean the room nobody turned up for anything. First day of the stay at the hotel there was the hot water in the shower but other days we did not have it so I had to make a complaint to the staff at the reception but they either where making excuses saying that guests should look for the repair people at the hotel to run the hot water in the shower in the room.I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EARS WHAT I HEARD FROM THAT STAFF.The room wasnot cleaned in 4 days even thew rubbish bin was not emptied.The bed and the bed linen was not comfortable, all spaces in the room filthy ,rust in the shower, hot water poisoned ,my husband developed some rashes on his hand for he was making tea using hotel water.I had to go to the chemist to get the ointment.I just can say-SHAME ON YOU AND WILL NEVER EVER STAY AT THIS THE MOST HORRIBLE AND FILTHY HOTEL I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

Price and location. The rest easily improvable

Good location. Breakfast the same everyday. Pastry only 1 day for our whole week stay and some days when running out of some dishes they did not replaced it. Room could be cleaner, despite hanging the card for the room to be cleaned, we needed to ask in reception as they did not bother to clean it, otherwise no cleaning or fresh towels for the whole week. Bags storage unsafe, as they don't bother to give you a ticket either take the bags themselves, so easy for burglars to steal. Some receptionists/breakfast staff could be a bit more friendly.

Fair stay!

In itself a good place and location. Just felt the lobby was nice and modern but the room I was in felt very dated. No real feel to the room, just a bed and bathroom also no A/C room was very warm and no way of turning the heat down. Location is great, really close to Old Town and you can see the station from the window. Just felt the hotel could do with an uplift.

Highly recommend!

One night stay to wait for flight from Vilnius to London as travelled buy bus from Minsk and arrived too early, was no place to relax at the airport. Used this hotel for this purpose number of times already and very happy each time stayed. Receptionists are always very friendly and ready to answer any questions 24/7. Greatly appreciate their help and highly recommend this place as amazingly helpful staff, comfortable cozy rooms, central city location and only 7 minutes drive to the airport.

The hotel is conveniently located, right opposite the railway station and near the bus station. The old town is a few minutes' walk away. Check-in was quick, the receptionist, a young man, was friendly. Room 324 was in a poor condition, the furniture was shabby, although the bed was comfortable. The hotel's housekeeping was terrible. There was only one towel in the room, and it was small. The receptionist, of course, brought a set of towels, having done the housekeeping work. Woodlice were crawling on the floor in the bathroom. In addition, the room had a persistent smell of tobacco, the previous guests had been smoking, and the cleaning staff did not take care to neutralize the tobacco smell. I did not demand a change of room, but I understand that, for many other people, the smell of tobacco would be a big problem. The breakfast was quite good for a hotel of this level, the restaurant staff were also friendly. The Wi-Fi worked well.
