Lovely property in a beautiful location. However it is severely let down by lack of management & direction. Staff work hard but do not seem trained and seldom smile. Half of the time nobody speaks english. Annexe is not ideal and our bathroom was small with the tiniest of showers. Evening food was excellent.

Hotel Isla Seca is a very tranquil place as is Zapallar. The hotel service was very good, comfortable room and lovely staff. Excellent breakfast, whatever you want, if they can do it, they will. Would happily stay again.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Incredible atmosphere, the food in the restaurant is amazing, and the service by the pool was second to none. Would love to go back one day!
