Guests have private use of the entire apartment and its assigned covered parking space, plus access to the building's shared facilities: seasonal outdoor pool (usually open November to March, subject to weather and building rules), gym, gardens, playground and recreational areas. The BBQ/event area is available for an additional fee and subject to availability. Use of shared facilities may be subject to building schedules and rules.



The Neighborhood:

On foot: Playa Acapulco is a 6-minute flat walk (400 m) away, and Mall Marina Arauco is 8 minutes (550 m). By car: the Casino Municipal de Viña del Mar is 6 minutes away (2.1 km) — or a scenic 16-minute walk (1.2 km) along the coast. The iconic Flower Clock (Reloj de Flores) is 16 minutes by car (3.2 km). Valparaíso's historic hills are about 20 minutes away (10.4 km), and the Concón sand dunes are also about 20 minutes (9.9 km).



Getting Around:

Viña del Mar's bus terminal is approximately 2.2 km away, and the Miramar Merval train station is about 1.8 km (roughly a 23-minute walk). A supermarket (Santa Isabel, 1 Poniente 811) is a short walk away. For luggage or longer trips, a car or ride-hailing app is more convenient — both are readily available from Avenida San Martín.
