This spacious apartment in VinarĂČs has 2 bedrooms and is ideal for a family of 5 with children to stay. It offers a shared swimming pool, a private terrace, and a shared garden and has a pebble beach right at the doorstep.

Walk 200 m to reach the beach. Kids will love collecting the pebbles. Peñiscola is 20 km away and you can also visit the 14th-century castle built on a rock. Enjoy for a while at the center of VinarĂČs at 2 km with a fishing port. You can enjoy tennis at 3 km and golf at 12 km. There are supermarkets and restaurants available at 200 m.

The apartment is spacious and neatly decorated and has shutters that can be closed for a cool ambiance. You can lounge in the seating area in the living room with electric heating. Enjoy the beautiful views from the balcony and the greenery from the terrace or furnished garden. 2 pets are allowed and the apartment also allows cot and parking.

Check-in timings are 4 – 7 PM and check-out timings are 9 – 10 AM.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

TrÚs joli appartement trÚs agréable

Bel appartement trÚs bien situé face à la mer. Par contre trÚs déçue par la gestion du séjour par l'agence Bellevilla injoignable au téléphone et par mail. Nous avons dû récupérer les clés au début du séjour par nos propres moyens, l'agence située aux PaysBas ne nous ayant pas envoyé les instructions de début de location. Donc vigilance de ce coté là !

Vi boede pÄ Belvilla by OYO Cala Montero i en uge med bÞrnene, Lejligheden var virkelig rummelig og havde alt, hvad vi havde brug for, BÞrnene elskede den delte pool, og den pebble strand var kun en kort gÄtur vÊk, Jeg mener, hvem elsker ikke at samle sten, rigtigt? Det eneste, jeg vil sige, er, at indtjekningstiden fÞltes lidt stram, men det venlige personale opvejede det, Alt i alt var det en dejlig oplevelse, ville helt sikkert komme tilbage til endnu en familieferie!

Wohnung sehr gut gelegen, in einer sehr ruhigen Stadt. Die Wohnanlage war sehr gut organisiert und sicher. Wir waren von der Behandlung an der Rezeption durch die Gastgeberin begeistert, die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und alles war sehr sauber. Wir hatten wÀhrend des Buchungsvorgangs, bei der Ankunft und noch weniger wÀhrend des Aufenthalts keine Probleme. Alles war perfekt und wir werden es noch einmal wiederholen!!

Mooi en schoon appartement. Kan ZEER ZEKER een airco-unit gebruiken! In de beschrijving staat dat het app. geschikt is voor 5 personen. Er stonden maar vier (zeer ongemakkelijke) stoelen rondom de eettafel. Vanaf 2e helft van ons verblijf veel geluidsoverlast ervaren door renovaties in andere appartementen en door (bijna dagelijks) onderhoud van het openbare groen op het park. Helaas ben ik de derde en vierde week behoorlijk ziek geweest en ben na terugkomst in Nederland direct voor anderhalve week in het ziekenhuis opgenomen geweest vanwege een ernstige bacteriële besmetting van mijn longen. Maar dat lag naar alle waarschijnlijkheid niet aan het appartement. Maar het heeft wel onze vakantie volledig verpest. Herstel gaat volgens mijn longarts nog vele maanden duren. Algemeen: Belvilla is, nadat de boeking is geplaatst en betaling heeft plaatsgevonden, erg moeilijk bereikbaar. Onvoldoende mogelijkheden tot contact. Dat kan beter!

Alles Bestens. Objekt ist sauber und gepflegt, sowie gut ausgestattet. Top Aussicht. Trotz Corona gute Erholung möglich. Betten spanientypisch etwas kurz fĂŒr 2m Erwachsene. Da wir Verwandschaft besuchen, ist es fĂŒr uns optimal gewesen. Etwas weit vom Zentrum entfernt, an der Straße zu laufen ist wie so oft nicht empfehlenswert.
