Arches by the Sea is a very neat and comfortable beach house located steps from Barfleur Beach on Jervis Bay. A two storey house with plenty of room, Arches by the Sea is an ideal home for large families to holiday together! Spend your time exploring the nearby beautiful beaches on the shores of Jervis Bay and Plantation Point Reserve or riding your bike along the path to Vincentia. Sleeping 8 guests and with a great games room for the kids, Arches by the Sea will give you a holiday for the family to remember.

Where will I be?
Arches by the Sea is perfectly positioned opposite Barfleur Beach and just a 5 minute walk along a path to Nelsons Beach. Access stairs to the beach are only 50 metres away. Nearby is Plantation Point Park which has great facilities including a children's playground, fitness equipment, BBQs and picnic tables. A 12 km walking and bike path runs between Plantation Point Park and Huskisson. Vincentia shops are 5 minutes away, while Huskisson is within 10 minutes.

Arches by the Sea is a large, comfortable house sleeping 8 guests with the bedrooms upstairs and a generous living area downstairs. Enjoy a day at the beach and easily meander back to the house within minutes. This house is great for families with a games room including foosball, table tennis and darts, and a fully fenced backyard with a grassed area. End a great day at the beach with a family BBQ in the backyard!
How is the property laid out?
Arches by the Sea is a two storey house with the living area downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs is a large lounge room with TV, and a separate fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area. The kitchen opens onto a patio area with an undercover table and chairs, BBQ and a grassy area where the kids can play. The laundry is located off the kitchen area. The garage has been converted to a games room with foosball, table tennis table and darts.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a queen bedroom and an ensuite with a bath and toilet. There are glimpses of Jervis Bay through the windows. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 bunks. A shared bathroom features a combined shower and bath, and a toilet.
Wi-Fi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it?
This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. There is a smart TV in the living room so you can stream your favourite shows. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
There is a fenced backyard, grassy area, BBQ and outdoor dining setting.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
There are electric heaters to keep you warm in winter, and in summer the cool sea breeze is right on your doorstep!
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Pillows, blankets, doonas, luxury linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!

Arches by the Sea has parking in the driveway for 3 cars, or street parking is also available.
