There was a rat in my room. Is there anything else i need to say. Smelled. Spa looks great dosnt work. Photo was a highrise whi h was next door. Walking down the hallway a piece of wood fell off. Have not slept.

A mid-range hotel, not 5 star in our opinion

A mid-range hotel, not 5 star in our opinion 3 week stay. Gym – closed Spa – closed Skybar - closed Pool – poor condition No information about this when booking was made several months before stay. The staff did not see/notice the guests, improved their treatment during the stay. Poor refilling of shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, etc., many disposable packages. Had to call and complain on several occasions during stay. Environmental thinking is not really in place. The bar in the foyer, most of it was out of stock. The room was OK, for the cleaning of this there is great potential for improvement.
