With a lovely canopy in the garden to seek shade on warm days and enjoy the sun through the sliding doors in winter, while the wood stove keeps you extra warm.<br><br>With direct access to the clear water and all amenities within walking and cycling distance, it’s the perfect spot amidst the Vinkeveense Plassen.<br><br>Listing Space:<br>The houseboat comfortably accommodates 4 people:<br><br>1 bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200)<br>1 bedroom with a bunk bed (both 90 x 200)<br>1 pull-out sofa that converts to a double bed (140 x 200)<br><br>Guests have complete privacy and access to the beautifully landscaped, fenced-in garden as well as the entire houseboat.<br><br>Listing Access:<br>You have full access to the beautiful garden, where privacy is guaranteed thanks to the surrounding fencing. Additionally, you have unlimited access to the entire houseboat, providing your stay with a sense of exclusivity and comfort.<br><br>A key safe is available at the houseboat for self-check-in, allowing you to arrive at your convenience after 4 PM. We will provide all information regarding your stay 5 days in advance. The check-in code will be shared with you at 4 PM. If you require alternative check-in or check-out times, please inquire about the options. The area is known for its peaceful and natural surroundings, making it an ideal place for relaxation and enjoying the outdoors.<br><br>Vinkeveen is not far from urban areas such as Amsterdam and Utrecht, making it attractive for those who want to combine nature with the proximity of urban amenities, attractions, or nightlife.<br><br>Moreover, there are two supermarkets and a variety of dining options nearby, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests.<br><br>Listing Transit:<br>Accessibility<br>Motor vehicles cannot directly reach the accommodation, allowing you to enjoy total tranquility on the edge of the Vinkeveense Plassen, surrounded by nature, birds, and serene silence.<br><br>A 550-meter walk from the parking lot will bring you to this prime location.<br><br>Upon arrival, you can rent a cargo bike, allowing you to effortlessly transport all your belongings to this beautiful vacation destination.<br>We provide 2 bicycles free of charge, allowing you to easily cycle to and from the parking lot. Upon arrival at the parking lot, you can safely leave these bicycles.<br><br>Furthermore, there are 10 large carts available in the park for free use.<br><br>Parking<br>From October 1 to March 31, you can park for free on the street in front of the harbour. Outside of this period, there is a maximum parking duration of 2 hours within the disc zone between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.<br><br>You can park your car in a large parking lot across from the park for a fee. (The cost to park in the lot across from the park is €10 per day.)<br><br>On-demand services<br>For a fee, we offer the option to pick you up in a golf cart and transport all your luggage directly to your accommodation. This service is available Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 10
