Magnolia Rooms are newly renovated double rooms with the option of connecting or separating the beds. Each room has a separate bathroom, and room number 1 has a wardrobe. Each room has underfloor heating and air conditioning for cooling. The rooms have mosquito nets. The view is of a quiet street. One parking space is provided on the driveway, and a little further down the street there is a free public parking lot. Please do not park in front of the kindergarten. There is a TV in the rooms. Smoking and parties are not allowed in the facility.

The facility is located near the train station, and the grocery store is a 5-minute walk away. The city center is about a 10-minute walk.
