Dog-friendly villa with private pool, outdoor shower, barbecue and many hiking trails in the area

This holiday property consists of a house on two floors and a very beautiful outdoor area. On the ground floor of the house there is a living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and the entrance area, from which you have access to the terrace and the internal staircase leading to the first floor. From the entrance hallway on the ground floor there are two entrance doors, one to this holiday flat and the second entrance door to the second semi-detached house, which is occupied by the landlord. There are two bedrooms on the 1st floor. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. One bedroom has access to the balcony, from which you can reach the pool area via an external staircase.
Both bedrooms are equipped with 180 x 200 cm beds. The very pleasant outdoor area consists of a terrace, a 24 m2 pool and a beautiful pool area. This is equipped with a table with seating for everyone, a barbecue, a sink and an outdoor shower.
In the pleasant surroundings of the house there are beautiful hiking trails that lead to the numerous peaks in the area.
