Located just one block from the Atlantic Ocean, this spacious condo features a shared swimming pool and convenient off-street parking (please note: no elevator). Professionally decorated with coastal and nautical touches, it offers stylish furnishings and all the essentials for a perfect vacation. You'll appreciate the beautiful flooring and elegant granite countertops throughout the space. Dine al fresco on the patio, complete with a picnic table for casual outdoor meals. Modern amenities include a large TV in the living room, smart TVs in each bedroom, a Blu-ray DVD player, surround sound stereo, a full-size washer and dryer, a jetted tub, high-speed WiFi, and two covered decks for relaxing in the sea breeze.

Things to Know
There are no grills for guest use at the Seaside Condo Complex and use of personal grills is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including decks, patios, and common use areas.
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
NO Smoking. Smoking any substance is not allowed anywhere on the Seaside Condo premises, including decks, patios, and common use areas.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
