Summary:
The Morton Suite is a 2 bedroom, 2-bathroom, condo (sleeps 4) with a beautiful backyard and located just steps from Chics Beach! Located in Chics Beach, every detail has been taken care of to make this a comfortable and unique AirBnb stay.

Our property contains a tankless water heater, please allow time for unit water to heat up.

Also available for monthly rental. Please submit inquiry for monthly availability.

The Space:
Bedroom 1: The First bedroom is located on first floor (ground level) with a queen size bed
Bedroom 2: Second Bedroom is located on the first floor (ground level) with queen size bed

*There is no ramp or elevator in this house.

There are a total of two full bathrooms that are fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55"" Smart TV with cable and high-speed wifi.

The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.

Guest Access:
Access is by private door with door code.

Guests will have the entire house to themselves.

The Neighborhood:
The property is 2 blocks from Chics Beach, and a short drive to Virginia Beach Oceanfront, downtown Norfolk, Ocean View Beach and many other local attractions.

Getting Around:
Guests are given two parking spots in the driveway.

All additional vehicles will need to park on the street. Host is not responsible for issues associated with street parking.

Other Things to Note:
House rules:
• Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors and at least 25 ft from the property. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee.

Great location, nicely decorated inside but kitchen utensils, pans, etc were lacking. No outside area to sit and back patio needs allot of cleaning. Dish washer wouldn’t work properly. Not good value for what we paid

Quick Visit
In town for a wedding and needed house that allows dogs close to the wedding. This house was perfect inside, extremely clean, modern, and in a great neighborhood. We were one house from the beach.

Literally 50 yards from the Atlantic Ocean, this place was absolutely perfect for my needs. It offers a nice, peaceful escape from all the noise that I am used to on my busy street, while still being within walking distance of my everyday needs.

Great location, not clean
The location and decor was very nice. Steps to the beach and not too crowded. Beds are comfortable. The bad news…Tesseract Rental company was responsive before arrival, but that completely changed when I emailed them after checking in about the lack of cleanliness. I sent two follow up emails during our stay and I have followed up after departing and still no response. There were clumps of pet hair in every room clearly visible (floors, cubes in the closets) bugs on the bath towels, and hair on the sheets. Additionally, the couch was covered in pet hair, had to put covers on them to sit on. Luckily I brought our own items to use. The master bathroom has extremely slippery floors. It’s unfortunate, because I would have stayed here again even if they would have followed up with something and maybe sent cleaners after emailing them during our stay. And to note, they said we couldn’t check in early to give the cleaners enough time to get the property ready, clearly they need new cleaners.
