Modern Amenities: Our home is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a kitchen with all the essentials, and a cozy living area with a smart TV. The open-plan design allows for easy socializing and relaxation.
Outdoor Oasis: Step outside to a private backyard, complete with a grill and seating area. It's the perfect spot for summer barbecues or evening cocktails.
Prime Location: Located just a short walk from the sandy shores of Virginia Beach, you're moments away from sun, surf, and sand. Explore the vibrant boardwalk, local shops, and diverse dining options nearby.
Family-Friendly Extras: We've got you covered with beach essentials available to rent. Board games, a ping pong table, and an in-unit washer/dryer for your maximum convenience.

Very clean, conveniently located stay which made for a very walkable and enjoyable experience in Virginia Beach. The amount of stairs within the property ended up being a lot more exhausting than I think our party had realized it would be, especially after the daytime activities. There were a couple small maintenance issues we noticed and alerted the host which I will say the management team was extremely communicative and helpful about everything. Outside of those two things, we really did enjoy the layout and amenities available at this spot.

Wonderful House

The house is spacious and tastefully decorated. It’s so bright, airy and immaculate! The location was just a short walk to restaurants, grocery store, boardwalk and of course the beach. Beds were clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Spacious stay by the beach!

This property was exactly as advertised! We most appreciated the spacious rooms and were particularly impressed with the size of the primary suite. The entire house was very clean. We had lots of fun with the ping pong table, and the location was perfect. It was a very short walk to the boardwalk, but it was far enough away to still feel private. I would totally recommend!

Absolutely 1st rate. Transcendental was incredibly attentive and responsive to our questions or needs. The house was exactly as described. Very comfortable, convenient to VB. We would stay again.

Great house

Beautiful house, lots of room for 3 families. Good back yard and the finished garage was a great space for little ones to run off some energy. A few short blocks to the beach, no problem pulling our wagons. The driveway is very small and the neighbors hindered our parking ability at times but that’s the only negative thing I could say about this great vacation rental. We loved it!
