I cant rate cleanliness as We did not stay here-the owner double booked us and we lost a day of our vacation searching for another place to stay as NOTHING was available where we were.. we had 6 adults and needed a hone or 3 hotel rooms.. everything good was booked.. by the grace of God we found 3 hotel rooms the next night… thankful for that

DO NOT rent this property

Absolutely horrible experience. Rented this place through VRBO. Have confirmation emails as well as payment receipts. Also received confirmation email noight before our arrival we were all set and access to the property would be sent. Sitting in the airport 2 hours before we should have been able to check in and can't get a hold of anyone. Finally got someone. Come to find out they booked someone else at the property. Never had an experience like this with VRBO. VRBO took care of us but doesn't change what happened. I would never rent this place.

Family Reunion

3 couples and 2 children arrived to a beautiful home 2.5 blocks from Virginia Beach. Loved the second floor kitchen and family area where we could relax together. We appreciated the three parking spaces and walked to the beach each day. I highly recommend this rental. We were comfortable and cool in this lovely condo. The first floor bedroom has a full bathroom, half bath on the second floor, and full bath shared by two bedrooms on the third floor. We would love to come again!

Family wedding weekend

We were in VA Beach for a family wedding and we chose this location for our stay. We really enjoyed the property and the spaciousness. It was exactly what we needed for our family and the property was located very close to the wedding venue so great location. The home was clean and everything was very comfortable. The reservation process was seamless and very easy and check in was as well. The location being on a 1/2 street was a bit confusing and the area was a bit tight with other properties, but once we got use to that, everything was great!

The Condo was very nice and clean, very close to restaurants, beach and activities. Nick was great to work with for the check in and check out process. I would recommend this rental.

Nice house in the center of Virginia Beach

Nice and clean house in the center of town! Two blocks to board walk, restaurants, shops. 10 min to aquarium. Place was spacious, comfortable with new appliances. Will definitely come back. Thanks

A week at VA Beach

The owner immediately responded to our need for lightbulbs as many of the fixtures had only one bulb. He also brought several kitchen items that were lacking. The linens were of good quality and clean but the property was tucked back on an "alley" street and the view from the front balcony was of the garbage cans of the neighbors. The description of the property was not accurate. There are only 2 1/2 bathrooms not 3. The condo's carpet was dirty, torn and stained. The furniture desperately needed cleaning. States property is for 6 people but meal seating at island counter is only for four on stools. There are no other tables for eating or game playing.

Beautiful property with dual zone AC, great entertainment options for kids cool-down after the beach (Disney , Netflix subs), tons of cookware, towels, etc. The host was super responsive and our stay was outstanding. We had three gens of family with us, 2 grandparents, 2 parents, 3 kids, and everyone had plenty of room.
