Interiors are tastefully decorated and there is room for everyone, with the great room up top and the den on the ground level with a wet bar and full-size refrigerator. Wrap around deck on two sides includes a large screened porch and a deck overlooking the pool and hot tub area. Literally on top of that, find a rooftop deck with seating perfect to catch all the ocean breezes! This house has awesome outdoor areas for you to enjoy! The fenced pool and hot tub area have plenty of seating around the pool and under the covered poolside patio. Separately, a cute lawn also fenced in with grass and flowering shrubs and trees such as crepe myrtle and oleanders makes a great spot for kids and your family dog to play. (Please make sure to pick up after Fido so the next guests can enjoy the yard too.) Add to all this…the beach access path is right across the street! Just over 400 ft to the beach! Easy!

Don't forget that False Cape State Park at the southern tip of Sandbridge has a fishing pier, tennis, and a playground too!

Additional amenity details:
Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 22, 2026 and September 6, 2026.

All Sandbridge Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
