The living room is open, airy, and spacious—perfect for the entire family to gather and unwind. Step out onto the large private wraparound balcony, where you can listen to the soothing sound of the surf and enjoy the fresh ocean breeze. The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, modern appliances, and everything the family chef could need. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or preparing a full family meal, you’ll find everything you need for effortless cooking. The main suite offers a king-sized bed, a large TV, and a private bathroom for added comfort and convenience.
Guests also have access to a range of condo amenities at no additional cost, including three swimming pools and two fitness centers.

The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
