On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room that can accommodate 12 people, and a living room decorated with a piano and a fireplace around which there are sofas for gathering family or friends. In the courtyard of the villa, surrounded by 10 deckchairs, there is a beautiful 60m2 swimming pool with jacuzzi pumps, outdoor grill, kitchen and fireplace. There is also a separate room with a sauna and a shower cabin in the yard. Entertainment facilities in the villa include table tennis, table football, bicycle, sauna and children's playground.
