Villa Manovel is a traditional holiday home with pool, located only 17 km from the city of Porec and beautiful beaches.
The house was renovated in 2016 and is located on its own fully fenced plot. Guests have at their disposal an outdoor pool of 32 sqm, a covered terrace with seating, a trampoline, a table football table, a jacuzzi, 4 parking spaces and a barbecue.
Villa Manovel for 8 people with a total area of 128 sqm consists of two separate units. In the first unit we find a living room, a kitchen, a dining table, a double bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor we find two double bedrooms, one of them with private bathroom and access to the terrace. In the second unit on the first floor we find a living room, a kitchen, a dining table. On the second floor there is a double room with private bathroom. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
