➀ There is dedicated parking space for up to 2 cars

➀ Most guests prefer to drive their own car or rent one, but you also have the option to get around by train, walking, or using buses. For added convenience, you can use the “Uber” app or call a taxi.

➀ External Surveillance: For your security and peace of mind, the property is equipped with three external surveillance cameras located at the parking area, front entrance, and back of the house. We will also be adding a fourth camera at the dumpster in front.

➀ Parking & EV Charging: You have access to two dedicated parking spaces, and we provide an EV outlet for electric vehicle charging (please bring your cables). Note that there is no alternative parking available after check-out.

➣ Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; please be respectful of the neighbors
➣ No parties or events allowed
➣ Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible
➣ NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed
➣ There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund
➣ Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them
➣ Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in)
➣ As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property
➣ The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit or through Airbnb resolutions if you booked via Airbnb
➣ This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:

- Please note that a $100 Pet fee will be applied per pet.
- Please disclose pets at the time of booking. All pets must be added to your reservation so the applicable pet fee can be applied.
- We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy.
- No more than TWO (2) animals
- Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets.
- Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated

➣ Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos
➣ For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera
➣ Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week
➣ Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, for
any reason, will be considered no-shows.
No-shows are non-refundable, and no credits,
reschedules, or exceptions will be provided
under any circumstances.
