Designed with relaxation and elegance in mind, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. It features four spacious, tastefully furnished bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and air conditioning, ensuring complete comfort and privacy. Villa Nancy is an excellent choice for families or groups of friends seeking peace, style, and authenticity—while still enjoying the convenience of nearby amenities. Within easy walking distance, you’ll find a local shop, café bar, pizzeria, and traditional butcher.

The ground floor welcomes you with a open-plan living area that seamlessly connects to the dining space and a fully equipped modern kitchen with a stylish kitchen island. Large glass doors open directly onto the pool terrace, creating a perfect indoor-outdoor flow for relaxed breakfasts, lunches, or evening gatherings. This level also features a double bedroom with a private bathroom, as well as a separate guest toilet.

On the mezzanine level, a bedroom with two single beds, a private bathroom, and air conditioning offers additional comfort. The upper floor hosts two further bedrooms, equally refined and private. This level also features charming wellness corner with a jacuzzi and sauna, ideal for unwinding after a day spent at the beach, wine tasting, or exploring the Istrian countryside.
