Room was horrible, not sound proof so impossible to be in while hearing the noisy street, music and people’s conversations. We asked to replace the room, they refused. We checked out and went to another hotel. They refused to refund us. Shameful place.

Mange gode ting ved hotellet

Der er mange ting at rose for: venlig receptionist, gode parkeringsforhold, pænt og stort værelse, god pris (oktober måned), god morgenmad - avokado, juice af friskpressede appelsiner (har jeg kun oplevet på 2 ud af ca. 200 hoteller), gratis solstole på stranden og håndklæde til solstolen (skønt), hotellets arkitektur er flot. Sengene er i topklasse, og det er cool med et stort fjernsyn. Flot altan med god udsigt. Sofaen på værelset så smart ud, men var ikke specielt komfortabel. Der var blodpletter på begge mine hovedpuder! Jeg fik dem skiftet nede i receptionen. Det var lidt irriterende, men trods alt er det dejligt med to puder. Alt i alt er jeg dog godt tilfreds.

I am very, very pleased. At first glance, this sounds pretty strange because I have not been there at all. We needed to abstain from our trip due to the Corona crisis. But all the accompanying negotiations, the support by the hotel, the advice by the reception desk, particularly by Ema Tafa from the reservation desk - was miraculous. Thank you so much.
