The house has 2 floors, raised ground floor and airy - sunny semi-basement connected with a contemporary spiral staircase. It is fully furnished with all the necessary electric equipment included. 2 master bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room with a fireplace. There is also a nicely decorated veranda that leads to a beatiful patio with a pergola and a traditional brick barbeque available for grilling. Parking is common for the house complex.

This is an ideal location just a few miles from Volos downtown and many traditional summer and winter destinations of mountain Pelion. You will have access to public transportation and local stores and restaurants at walking distance.
