Το "House inside garden" είναι μια αυτόνομη μονοκατοικία, πολύ άνετη, ήσυχη, εξαιρετικά λειτουργική και ιδιαίτερα καλόγουστη. Βρίσκεται κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης και συγχρόνως μέσα στη φύση. Είναι μια μικρή όαση για το καλοκαίρι και ιδανική για φιλοξενία έως τεσσάρων ατόμων.
Ανανεώθηκε πρόσφατα με πολύ αγάπη και μεράκι. Την περιτριγυρίζουν αυλή με ψηλά δένδρα, (φοίνικας, λεμονιά, πανύψηλο βελγικό έλατο, ρεξ μαχαιρα) και άλλα δένδρα που προσφέρουν σκιά και δροσιά.
Η βεράντα και η αυλή με έπιπλα εξωτερικού χώρου, δίνουν άμεσα την αίσθηση της άνεσης και της χαλάρωσης. Έτσι οι φιλοξενούμενοι απολαμβάνουν τον καφέ ή το τσάι τους και το κάπνισμα.
Το "House inside garden" διαθέτει, υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και πρόσβαση στη βεράντα, καθιστικό με καναπέ-διπλό κρεβάτι για δυο άτομ α, χαμηλό τραπεζάκι και SMART TV. Στο παραλιακο μετωπο αλλα και στην προσφυγικη Ν. Ιωνια μπορει καποιος να απολαύσει μεζεδες και τσιπουρο στα άπειρα τσιπουράδικα για τα οποία είναι φημισμένη η πόλη του Βόλου. Τον καφε του μπορει να τον απολαυσει στα καφε της παραλιας αλλα και στο πεζοδρομο της εμπορικης οδου, Ερμου.
