Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 70 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating. The entrance leads over an external stair directly in the hallway. The rooms are divided as follows:
Higher ground floor: Living room 18 sqm and with TV. You have access to the terrace. Kitchen 6 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker, oven, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 6 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom 12 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bedroom 16 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Risika. The holiday home is located on a 350 sqm plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The newly renovated holiday house, surrounded by greenery, is located in Risika, a small village known for its sandy beach, near Vrbnik on the island of Krk, in a quiet environment, ideal for a relaxing holiday Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to late October, 4.00 m x 7.37 m, 1.50 m deep).
