The charming, rustic Villa Oleandra with a heated pool and hot tub is located in Risika on the island of Krk, only 2 km away from the popular sandy beach Sv.Marak. The villa was conceived as a single object consisting of two connected two-story houses, so it is ideal for 2 families who want to spend a vacation together and at the same time enjoy their privacy. Each house consists of a living room with a kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and an additional toilet. Both parts of Villa Oleandra have their terrace and there is also a tavern as an ideal place to socialize on warm, summer evenings. During the day you can enjoy the pool or hot tub or simply relax in the shade with a view of the wonderful Mediterranean garden, and for children, there is also a playground area. The house is air-conditioned, has Wi-Fi, and satellite TV, and pets are welcome with prior notice and surcharge.
