Amazing home in Vrsar

Villa Pelizzar is an authentic Istrian stone house near the picturesque fishing village Vrsar, the special reserve of the forest vegetation Kontija, with many cycling routes, and the Lim bay where there is a fish and shellfish farm.

The house was renovated in 2010 and is set on its own enclosed property. The guests have a swimming pool of 21 sqm with sun loungers and parasols, covered summer kitchen with fireplace and dining table, children's playground and two parking spaces on disposal.



Holiday home for 6-7 people of 110 sqm consists of ground floor with air-conditioned living room with sitting set with sleeping possibility for one child, dining table, fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet, bedroom with double bed and bathroom/toilet. On the first floor are two air-conditioned bedrooms with double bed and a shower/toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

We had a very good time here! Nice and quiet and private. House was very clean and all was good and in working order. The kids had a very good time in the pool and just a very great vacation also because of the good care of the pool and all the facilities.

Zeer vriendelijk onthaal door de eigenaars, met een goede begeleiding en uitleg van het huis en waar alles voor was en hoe het werkte. Het huis is zeer compleet en alles in aanwezig wat je nodig mocht hebben. Als er wat was of vragen waren ze altijd bereikbaar of wilden je helpen. Wij hebben er met 6 personen 2 weken mogen verblijven. Wij hebben genoten en komen zeker terug.

Uns hat das Ferienhaus sehr gut gefallen.

Uns hat das Ferienhaus sehr gut gefallen.Wir waren insgesamt 2 Wochen dort. Es liegt in einem sehr kleinen Ort ungefähr 10 Minuten von Vrsar entfernt.In Vrsar hat es wunderschöne Strände und die Stadt ist auch mehr als sehenswert.Der Pool wird jeden morgen gereinigt.Im inneren hat es alles was man braucht.Die Zimmer sind geräumig und die Betten sehr bequem.Der Außenbereich besteht aus einer Veranda die leider am Anfang nicht voll genutzt werden konnte weil Vögel genau im Holzgebälck ein Nest gebaut haben dadurch war es immer sehr schmutzig.Laut der Vermieterin bringt es Glück und man darf da nichts machen.Nach ein paar Tagen war das mit dem Nest erledigt und wir konnten die Veranda voll nutzen.Desweiteren gibt es einen Überdachten Bereich mit einem Holztisch und Holzbänken.Dazu steht daneben noch ein Tischfußball.Es gibt einen Gasgrill der vielleicht bei 6 Personen ein bisschen zu klein ist.Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und immer bemüht alle Wünsche zu schnell zu erledigen.Wir können das Haus voll empfehlen.Wir waren richtig entspannt nach den 2 Wochen.

Sehr gemütliches Haus mit toller Ausstattung und sehr guten Betten. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und immer für uns erreichbar. Der Garten mit Pool und Schaukel ist toll für Kinder. Das Haus liegt abseits in einem kleinen Dorf, so dass man ca. 10 min und zum Strand ca. 15-20 min fahren muss und auf jeden Fall ein Auto braucht.
