Motor access to the house (500 m via unmade road). Parking at the house. Shop 1 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Wabern" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, indoor swimming pool 12 km. Golf course (18 hole) 30 km, tennis 3 km, riding stable 10 km. Nearby attractions: Fritzlar 12 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Edersee 25 km, Borkener See 12 km.
