Welcome to the Laternenstube holiday apartment at Lepperdorf Manor near Radeberg. The 73 m² apartment offers space for up to 8 people and is ideal for families, friends, or groups traveling together. It features a bathroom, hallway, kitchen, dining room, and a large bedroom with a spacious 3.60 m long family bed that sleeps four, as well as two children's rooms with four additional beds (one bunk bed and two single beds). Ein toller Urlaub

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Lage am See ist sehr schön und im Umkreis von 30 km kann man sehr schöne Ausflüge machen. Eine Woche war definitiv zu kurz. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Tage in den sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnungen erlebt. Einzig die Außenanlage befindet sich noch im Bau. Da dies im Vorfeld bekannt war, stellte dies kein Problem dar. Jederzeit wieder.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt

Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt! Man sieht, dass das Gesamtobjekt noch in Arbeit ist, aber die fertigen Wohnungen sind liebevoll und themenbezogen gestaltet. Es gibt eine Kiste mit Kinderspielzeig für draußen und ein großes Schachbrett auf dem man draußen Schach, Mühle oder Dame spielen kann. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelstockbett und ein Schlafzimmer in dem ein riesiges Bett, bestehend aus 4 Matratzen, steht. Das muss man mögen. Schön war auch, dass es einen riesigen Tisch gibt, an dem alle Platz finden. Wenn man mit 8 Leuten in dieser FeWo wohnt, muss man sich mit einem Bad (also auch nur eine Toilette) gut absprechen. In der Küche ist alles nötige vorhanden, auch wenn man quasi nach jeder Mahlzeit abwaschen muss, weil sonst nicht genügend Besteck vorhanden ist. Check-in, Check-out sowie die Kommunikation mit Herrn von Maltzahn liefen einwandfrei. Er war immer sehr nett.

Alles fein gewesen. Nur das Wasser beim Duschen war etwas kalt und die Fuge in der Dusche sah nicht mehr so hübsch aus. Nichts desto trotz waren die Schlafplätze wirklich toll, der grosse Tische war perfekt für uns. Es war alles da was man bräuchte und noch mehr. Klasse Unterkunft

Wundervolles Ambiente

Ich hatte eigentlich falsch gebucht (eine Woche später), doch der Vermieter kam uns entgegen und wir hatten Glück, dass die Unterkunft doch noch frei war. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Das Gut wird zwar teilweise noch restauriert bzw bebaut aber was bisher geschaffen wurde, ist großartig. Auch der anliegende Garten mit Spielplatz und Trampolin ist super für Kinder geeignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder, aber dann etwas länger :)

Toller Familienurlaub in erlebnisreicher Umgebung

Wir haben uns in der Laternenstube sehr wohl gefühlt, alles wichtige war vorhanden, und wenn doch mal was gefehlt hat, war der Vermieter sofort für uns da! Dickes Lob!!! Die Kinder haben sich auf dem großen Gelände sofort wohlgefühlt und haben das große Trampolin täglich bearbeitet!!! Die Nähe zum Elbsandsteingebirge und nach Dresden sind unschlagbar, und auch das Massenei-Freibad in Großröhrsdorf um die Ecke war großartig. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Familienurlaub. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!!!

Super Ambiente in NEUEM Rittergut

Wahnsinn was der Hausherr hier auf die Beine stellt. Sicher ist es noch teilweise Baustelle, in der Wohnung war davon allerdings nichts zu spüren. Wenn alles fertig ist kann man hier sicher berauschende Feste und Rittergelage feiern. Der Hausherr ist immer ansprechbar und super freundlich. Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in Leppersdorf und kommen gerne in ein paar Jahren wieder um zu sehen wie der Bau voranschreitet.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit Potential für die Zukunft

Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war freundlich. Man konnte ihn problemlos per WhatsApp erreichen. Ein defekter Toaster wurde innerhalb von 30 Minuten ersetzt. Top!!! Auch an der Wohnung als Solches gibt es nichts zu meckern. Die Wohnung ist renoviert und verfügt über ein zeitgemäße Ausstattung mit WLAN, zahlreichen Steckdosen und im dunklen leuchtenden Lichtschaltern. TV, DVD-Player und Musikanlage runden das Angebot ab. Das Familienbett für vier Personen war ein echtes Highlight. Die gut ausgestattete Küche verfügt über eine Spülmaschine. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche und zwei Waschbecken ist gepflegt und modern (nur Vorsicht bei der Dusche: Ich habe mir im Halbdunkeln am schwarzen Podest gleich zweimal den Zeh gestoßen... :-) ). Die Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion werden wohl gerade Familien schätzen, die dann keinen Koffer mit Schmutzwäsche zurück nehmen möchten. Der große quadratische Tisch sieht zwar toll aus, ist aber im Alltag unpraktisch für Brettspiele mit mehr als zwei Spielern. Es gibt keine Stehlampen, aber allerhand Kerzen für eine abendliche Beleuchtung. Tipp für Familien: Man zieht besser die Schlüssel von den Zimmertüren. Wir hatten ein paar aufregende Minuten, als unser Tochter (5) sich im Kinderzimmer eingeschlossen hatte.... :-) Kleiner Wermutstropfen ist die Baustellensituation drumherum. Ein staubiger Feldweg, ein Baukran vor dem Objekt und allerhand Baumaterial, welches herumliegt, mag ordnungsliebende Menschen irritieren. Wenn das Objekt in ein paar Jahren fertig gestellt sein sollte, hat es durchaus das Potential zu einer Perle zu werden, zumal man von der Wohnung aus viele Attraktionen in in Dresden, Meißen oder in der sächsischen Schweiz in rund 30 Auto-Minuten erreichen kann. Der Innenhof wird dann sicherlich ein netter Ort sein, an welchem grillen und verweilen kann.

Das Rittergut befindet sich zentral zu naheliegenden Ausflugszielen, wie der Bastei/Rathen, der sächsischen Schweiz, Dresden und vielen anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Unsere Ferienwohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und ohne Mängel. Das rundherum noch gebaut wird fällt kaum auf und wird spätestens nach einer Führung durch die Gewölbe zur Nebensache. Der Hausherr hat uns an seinen Plänen teilhaben lassen und wir sind sicher, hier entsteht was großartiges. Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen, einem Kind von fünf Jahren und zwei Hunden eine Woche zu Gast. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, ideal für Familien. Bücher und Spiele sind vorhanden und die Betten sind etwas ganz Besonderes. Wenn man eine kleine Auszeit von der hektischen Großstadt möchte, ist das alte Rittergut ideal. Der Vermieter war äußerst nett und hilfsbereit.
