The mattress and pillows were outdated. Slept very uncomfortable. The mattress had a huge chunk missing from the side. The iron was broken and i was not able to iron my clothes. Room was clean but definitely needs to be updated.

Booked room online. Got to hotel and checked in then went to park truck and car trailer. There was not adequate parking. Asked about parking in adjacent parking lot or in front of hotel and Clerk said it was all a ToW Zone.. i had a classic car and New truck and could not take the risk to get my vehicle towed so i didnt stay. Since I booked with Hotels .com clerk could not cancel my reservation. Or move me to another hotel with adequate parking...

I was very comfortable at the Waco location. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortably. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. Highly recommended.
