Property is incredibly clean and well maintained. All amenities from plugs for charging on both sides of each bed to sound machines for each bedroom are provided. I frequently use short term rental properties and this one is in my top three I have ever experienced. Enclosed garage parking is such a rarity and adds to the overall quality.

Personally, I love WHITE! It was a home away from home with everything available that we needed. The host & owner were very communicative during our stay. The home has a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere that we all enjoyed. Very spacious for the 6 of us, especially with a bathroom in every bedroom.Seeing Joanna Gaines’ books on the counter got ME excited because that was the reason for the visit to Waco and it made me wonder if the home was a Fixer Upper. It’s a clean home with all your needs and it’s gonna make you want to come back to Waco.

This house was great for the family with an open living/dining/kitchen space. We especially loved that each bedroom had their own ensuite full bath. The house provided everything we needed and more, in a quiet neighborhood. The fire pit and chairs in the fenced backyard was a nice addition. We arrived a day early and the host was quickly responsive and helped us extend our booking. We highly recommend this property.

This was our third stay at the White Retreat and we will stay here again the next time we visit Waco!The en-suite bedrooms are comfortable and the bed linens and towels are soft. The living room is a great gathering space and the kitchen is well appointed. We appreciate getting to park in the garage to keep the car out of the Texas heat. Communication with the host is excellent.

This house has a wonderful layout. Each bedroom has an en-suite and closet. The kitchen is well appointed and the living room furniture is comfortable. It’s a great location in Waco, close to the zoo, downtown and Baylor University. We enjoyed it so much we booked it again for next month!

It is also located in a quiet residential area and you can be in the centre of Waco in 5 minutes by car.If you want to go on holiday in Waco, we recommend this house with all the amenities it offers.
