Luxury unique 4 bed barn sleeping 8 with stunning rural views near Padstow

The Roundhouse is one of our three barns nestling around a courtyard situated on our family run farm. You enjoy uninterrupted Cornish countryside views and our cows are often grazing in the fields next door to your 2 acre garden area with outside play equipment.

There are 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people, beautifully furnished rooms with blackout curtains perfect for a good night's sleep.

On the ground floor there is a twin bedded room with a bathroom next door. The other ground floor bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite shower room.
The first floor has a bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room. The other bedroom has either twin beds or zipped and linked to make a 6 foot bed with en-suite shower room.

The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, 2 fridges and deep freeze. There is a laundry room with washing machine and separate tumble dryer.

The spacious lounge/diner has an open vaulted ceiling with open wood beams, comfy sofas, large dining table, an ideal place to relax and enjoy the stunning countryside views. The French Doors lead onto your patio area.

There is oil fired central heating throughout with a log burner in the lounge/dining room.

Able to offer short breaks of 4 nights minimum between September and June.

We are unable to accept pets.

Excellent farmhouse stay

Fantastic location, everything we needed for our family ranging from 20 months to 60! Lovely family space and a great log burner with plenty of wood. So much to do near by and the local pub, The Halfway House was superb, as was the artisan village up the road. The cafe has amazing food.

Annual Cornish Escape

As we are a large group, grandparents, daughter and 4 grandchildren, this house was the best we’ve stayed in, having 4 bathrooms was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and there was nothing lacking. The owner was close by and came to check all was well. Excellent provision of bathroom products. Kitchen very well equipped, fabulous sofa. Garden perfect for children to play out in.

Very Nice Barn Conversion

Very nice conversion. Could be easily improved with a few tweaks. Needs better lighting in main room for reading etc., needs more indoor & outdoor games not just chess & draughts, bath towels could be more luxurious / bigger, microwave gradually slipping back on counter knocked out power switch to freezer & fridge spoiling contents before it was noticed, switch needs protecting.

A perfect location

What a wonderful place to stay in Cornwall. Everything was exactly as listed, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and lovely lounge/dining area. Visiting for a wedding in Padstow, but a great base for travelling around Cornwall. The little extras on arrival were gratefully received (sponge cake was very good). Would highly recommend a stay here, with beautiful views an added bonus.

Amazing Break

The property more than met our expectations, comfortable and everything you need for a week away from home. Ideal location for exploring the main towns and costal areas. Great hosts, highly recommend you order the local beef products that are available, burgers were the best we've tasted!

Fantastic time at the roundhouse.

Superb accommodation. Clean with everything you would need. It was the first place we have stayed where Alison had left little 'comforts' for our arrival such as tea bags and milk, along with a beautiful homemade sponge cake. There was plenty of cutlery and China and everything was in excellent condition and as described in the advert! During our stay I emailed and asked to see the cattle and Mike took us to see them that evening! Loved the roundhouse and Blable Farm barns- we are already looking at booking for next year.

Super Cornish retreat

Absolutely Perfect

The Roundhouse was spotless on arrival and all facilities were exactly as described. Plenty of cutlery, crockery, storage and comfort for all of us ranging from 21 to 80. Location is perfect, you will need a car, and is within easy access to all parts of Cornwall. This is a quiet location in a wonderful spot just off the A39 and very close to both Wadebridge and Padstow. If we are holidaying in this part of the country again then this will be our first choice.

Beautiful property

We had a lovely spring holiday at Blable Farm Barns. The house was clean, the check-in process was very clear and the property itself is just lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed the eggs and steaks (cooked on the brand-new BBQ) we bought from the family-run farm and especially the welcome cake that greeted us on our arrival! Thanks for a fabulous week.

Great stay in Saint Issey

A lovely house in a wonderful scenic location. Close to Padstow which was absolutely lovely. Brilliant for young children with a fab garden where my little one said good morning and good night to the cows everyday :) Mike and Alison were both very helpful. Would recommend.
