First floor games room with table tennis table. Pull down bed small double – (6ft 6" by just under 4ft) – this is stored away when not required. Please ensure you have notified us if you wish to use this bed.

Outside - Trewestcot has large mature gardens to the front and rear.

Separate pavilion with double shower, wc and barbecue.

Parking - ample parking on gravelled drive.

The property is approached over a gravel drive with level gravel paths to the front veranda of the property, where there is a step up onto the veranda and a second larger step up into the porch of the property. Once inside there is level access to all rooms apart from the games room on the first floor which is up a turning staircase
