Direct oceanfront condo! Lauloa 102 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-floor condo with a large lanai is well-appointed and offers all the comforts of home. Unit 102 can accommodate up to 4 guests. Enjoy in-house meals using the well-equipped kitchen. This home stays cool with split A/C in every room, ceiling fans, and wonderful ocean breezes on windy days. After a day in the sun, enjoy the leather couch and 70” large flat-screen TV!

You can be lulled to sleep by the sound of waves on a comfortable king-size bed in the master bedroom or a Queen-size bed in the guest bedroom. All bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs equipped with cable. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a large tiled walk-in shower. There is also a guest bathroom that features a shower/tub combination. This condo has a private washer and dryer, for added convenience.

Lauloa Resort is located at Ma'alaea Bay, near many attractions, shops, and restaurants. The resort features an oceanfront pool and BBQ area. Walk to Maui Ocean Center (Aquarium), take a sunset sail or whale watching tour from the nearby harbor, play miniature golf and more at Maui Golf & Sports Park, or shop at the Maui Harbor Shops. Ma'alaea is located in central Maui, bringing you closer to many excursions such as Hana or Haleakala. There are no resort or parking fees.

Amazing sunrises, well appointed condo. The location is just about perfect. Any boat snorkel trip is only going to be a short walk to the harbor. The aquarium is right there, good shops, the cafe has amazing food!Along the sea wall sea turtles feed most of the day. Off of the sea wall is a large protected area for snorkeling or swimming (depends upon the wind and waves).This is a great place to create memories.

Great management company!

Our stay had some hiccups but the management company was very responsive and worked hard to resolve. The pool is right outside. Beautiful view. We saw whales every morning in the distance while enjoying coffee.

Great place!

We loved our ground floor property in Maalaea. This place had everything you needed - cooler, boogie board, beach towels, beach chairs, all the cooking items. The TV's were wonderful and the furniture and beds comfortable. We were able to walk every day to the little cafe and get coffee and breakfast if we wanted. We will definitely stay again.

The condo was perfect. It was extremely clean and had everything you needed. We specifically picked this location due to it being central to most of the places we planned on visiting. The only downside was that there were very few nice restaurants close by Would definitely stay again.

Great stay!

We enjoyed this property.it had a great view of the ocean with a pool right outside our door. It was clean and roomy with the master bedroom having a view of the ocean. If we needed to contact customer service, it was done promptly and to our satisfaction.

We had a great stay in unit 102! Location is great as it’s central. Saw tons of whales while sitting outside enjoying the view. Great little beach a 5 min walk away. So close to the harbour to take a sunset cruise or whale watching trip. Recommend this unit!

Magnificent Condo in Maui

This condo was perfect for our family. It was clean and looked as good or better than it’s pictures. We enjoyed the snorkeling, whale watching cruise, aquarium, and luau that were within a short walk if this condo. It is centrally located on a quiet street with absolutely breathtaking views of the ocean. I would highly recommend this spacious condo!

Great stay!

The condo was better than expected. Great central location, easy to get anywhere on the island, very well stocked, super clean and easy to access. We took advantage of the beach chairs, beach towels and cooler for trips to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Everything You Need

Great location....central to airport, western Maui, road to Hana, kielbasa aquarium and Maui Brewery. Condo has everything you need. Have to admit we left two beach towels at Kapalua Bay and could not find them.

Not in touristy area. Felt like a neighbourhood. 😎👍

Very good location overall. Close to airport (downside was on flight path but grew used to it quickly- and I am a light sleeper). Close to Paia, road to Hana, etc. We spent first week in Kaanapali which was more touristy experience. Easy walk to Maui Ocean Centre (don’t miss!) and a couple of decent restaurants. And harbour for whale watching, catamaran cruises, etc. Kitchen well stocked - could use a new fry pan. New appliances including whisper-quiet dishwasher. New washer and dryer. Hosts thought of everything. Loved being on ocean. Didn’t realize this is windiest spot on island but condos break the wind. Lovely views of sunrise. Shoji screen separating principal bedroom from living room is great in daytime as it makes condo feel more spacious. Privacy was problem at night though as we were 2 couples and one partner of other couple was night owl - felt way too close as he sat on couch on other side of screen every night. This was our problem though as we had no idea their sleeping habits were very different from each other and ours! Wish we had had this discussion beforehand. Bedrooms are well separated, we just didn’t factor in night owl situation.

Great location, very well maintained condo, incredible ocean view!

We love the condo! Will definitely rebook it in the future. The condo is 15 minutes away from the Kihei beaches, restaurants, and stores. Our favorite beach for this stay was Charley Young Beach at Kihei, big and beautiful. The owner provided ice chest, beach towels, chairs, shade, etc., which made our beach times very comfortable. The condo is roomy and was perfect for the 4 of us. We have two grown up children, so my daughter had to sleep on the couch, wish it was a sofa bed, but it worked just fine. The view - It is incredible! There is a swimming pool right outside the back door and there are BBQ too. The ocean is 50 feet away from the back door, just like the picture that the owner presented. We watched sun rise from the Volcano Haleakala in the morning when it was not cloudy, we enjoyed the afternoon sun in the backyard watching the boats, and the best of all, at the last day, we saw whales! Besides the Kihei beach, we also explored Kaanapali and Napili beaches. We drove up to the summit of the Volcano Haleakala, hiked down to the crater, drove the road to Hana, did zip-lining and helicopter tour. It was a perfect trip! Perfect stay! Many thanks to the owner for sharing this lovely condo. Mahalo!
