This one-bedroom/one-bathroom condo has been remodeled and beautifully furnished without missing any details for your romantic getaway. Everywhere you look you will appreciate the beachy details and Hawaiian theme with clean modern design. From the lanai, you have view of the ocean while reading or enjoying coffee in the morning. Whether it’s breakfast, a quick lunch, or preparing your gourmet meals after a day of sightseeing, you will enjoy cooking in this fully equipped modern kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances. The unit also comes with split air conditioners in the bedroom and living room to keep you comfortable indoors.

The condo complex is steps away from the beach. Enjoy relaxing at the lounge chairs on the grassy front lawn or bring the beach chairs from the unit to the beach; Haycraft Park is next door. There is a community pool for cooling off and BBQ area to cook your favorite meals. Enjoy your meals at one of the shared outdoor tables or bring your meal back to your condo for a romantic dinner for two. The condo complex has a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers

Our stay at A 10
Close to harbor for excursions and central to west and east coast for hiking, snorkeling and boogie boarding. Be prepared for planes overhead as you are in the flight path and roosters crowing at 4am Overall we had a great time and the condo was clean and had everything for meal preparations.

A little slice of paradise
We really enjoyed the updated decor of the unit as well as the super close access to the beach. The condo complex is nice and quiet and at the ned of the road so not a whole lot of traffic. Not many other places on the island that you can stay without having a major road between you and the beach.

Lovely Condo
This is a cleverly redecorated condo. The decor and kitchen wear were A+. The complex is wll maintained and right on the beach. The lack of flexibility for check in when the place is already clean seemed shortsighted. The blinds on the patio door were confusing. The patio furniture was not comfortable, but looked nice.

Wunderschönes Apartment mit allen Details
sehr geschmackvoll und mit allen Details eingerichtetes Apartment, direkter Strandzugang, die Anlage ist mit Waschmaschinen und Grill ausgestattet, Parkplatz Im nahegeliegenden Hafen sind sehr wenige gute Restaurants in Gehnähe, zum Supermarkt muss mit dem Auto gefahren werden. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Maalaea Condo
Condo was nice and clean. Newly remodeled, nice kitchen and bathroom. Really nice shower head with good water pressure. Two small criticisms- The bed in the bedroom is a weird folding Murphy bed type thing and sags in the middle. The unit is next to the public parking lot for the beach and it gets loud. That said, there are privacy hedges that block the view mostly and the beach empties out in the late afternoon. Beach was small and rocky out in front but if you walk a little further down the beach it’s easy entry into the ocean. Very chill beach with small waves and not a lot of people. Everyone else in the complex was cool- Mostly older people and very friendly. We’ll take this over big resorts every time.

MULTIPLE Issues
1. AC was extremely loud, husband had to make a makeshift shim to muffle the noise. 2. Bedroom blinds broken, 3" gap at sill, had to stuff a bath towel to block the light. 3. Only ONE face towel provided, prop. manager told me to look in the bin in the closet which had a lock on it. 4. Toilet paper holder loose, kept falling into the trash can until we moved trash can. 5. Wrong hand soap in bottles, thick soap doesn't work for foam pumps. Bought our own. 6. Kitchen faucet went on by itself. 7. Bedroom TV went on by itself 8. I swear I saw my pillow next to the bed move by itself one time in the early morning hours when I woke up to use the bathroom. 9. Unit is RIGHT NEXT TO public parking lot. Saturday morning loud locals swearing and yelling right outside our lanai door. Loud music and partying overnight occurred also over the weekend. Bummer. 10. Queen bed uncomfortable, loud squeaking when move around, gave me a SORE BACK.

Cute condo!
We enjoyed staying here so much. It was so clean and really cute too. It is located in the middle of Lahaina and Kīhei so the perfect location. We loved the pool in the afternoon after our excursions. Saturday nights get a little noisy with the public park next door but they were quiet by 10pm. We can’t wait to come back!

Alternate motives
1. The on site property manager was yelling at kids in the swimming pool. Kids at a pool and you want to have them not have fun and be quiet???? He didn’t talk to the adults, he went right to the kids questioning if they belonged there. Can’t help but think he was profiling. 2. The property manager has an attitude and was not helpful when we faced the dilemma of my spouse not receiving important handicap material. She expressed no interest in helping assist our situation. Will not go back.
