There is an adjacent in-law studio on the property that is available as an additional (6th) bedroom during your rental.
Parking is limited to no more than 4 vehicles, especially during the winter months due to snow and plowing.

The house is very remote-work friendly, with fast fiber internet connection, multiple workspaces, and a backup generator to ensure no sustained loss of power.

The home is located within a mile of the village center, close to an organic farm where you can pick your own blueberries and get incredible local delicacies. The property is close to it all, with space to stretch out.

The hot tub is drained for the summer (June through October 15th), but may be filled with prior arrangement for a $200 service fee. PLEASE CONTACT US ahead of your stay if you would like to use the hot tub during these months.

This home is pet friendly, and pre-approval is required in all instances. Prior to booking, please submit the pet breed, weight and age. For approved pets, there is a one time fee PER pet.

We have Pack N Plays and highchairs available upon request. Please reserve ahead of time so that we may get them to your property in time for your stay.

LEFT AND/OR STOLEN ITEMS – Downstream Enterprises is not responsible for any personal item(s) left in the home or any personal item(s) that are stolen during tenants stay. If Downstream is able to recover any personal items left in the home, the guest may choose to have Downstream Enterprises ship the item(s) to the guest for a $50 fee.

DAMAGE WAIVER: For stays of 28 days or less-the total cost of your reservation for this property includes an accidental damage protection fee, plus tax. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $10,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. Safely is the name of the insurance carrier and you will receive a screening email from them asking for your name, phone number, age, email and a copy of your ID. This email is valid and is required. There will be contactless check-in with the facility. You will be contacted via text and email with instructions to access the property. The property is at the end of the road, but there are a few other homes in the proximity. You can contact us during reasonable hours should you need anything.

There is very little public transportation in the Mad River Valley. All our guests typically drive one or more vehicles.
