Welcome to our spacious, modern holiday flat on the 1st floor of a lovingly managed farm, which perfectly combines tradition and modernity. Equipped with its own access, this accommodation offers space for up to 8 people and an unrivaled level of privacy and comfort. The flat has three stylishly furnished bedrooms, a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and is surrounded by the picturesque landscape near Lake Walchsee
Walchsee in the Kaiserwinkel, a jewel in Tyrol, attracts visitors all year round with its picturesque landscape and variety of leisure activities. The holiday flat is located on an idyllic farm in the middle of the Schwemm, a moorland and nature reserve in the municipality of Walchsee. The Schwemm was awarded the Neptune State Prize for Water 2023.

The region becomes a paradise for hikers, cyclists, and water sports enthusiasts in summer. The clear waters of Lake Walchsee offer ideal conditions for swimming, sailing, and stand-up paddling, while the surrounding mountains and valleys, with their network of hiking and cycling trails, invite you to explore. Numerous mountain huts, where traditional Tyrolean delicacies are served, invite you to stop for a bite to eat.
