In winter, the cross-country ski trail is located just 50 meters from the apartment, allowing you to step onto your skis practically straight from the apartment. The region offers beautiful hiking and cycling routes and numerous attractions, including the famous Krimmler Waterfalls, just a 5-minute drive away. The Wildkogel-Arena, situated between the Kitzbühel Alps and the Tauern Mountains, offers excellent conditions for an unforgettable winter sports holiday with 75 kilometers of ski slopes.

A special highlight is the public Kristallbad Wald, located just 50 meters away and easily accessible on foot. Guests can use the Kristallbad for free for 3 hours daily. Furthermore, a ski bus stops almost right outside the door, just a 20-meter walk away.

Schöne Wohnung mit sehr großem Wohnraum und sehr schöner Terrasse. Die Küche war ziemlich neu und hat alles, was man braucht, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Es war genügend Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe usw. da. Die zwei Badezimmer waren einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die beiden Viertelkreisduschen geräumig und die Sauna klein aber fein. Da die Bäder innenliegend sind, dürften die Lüfter etwas leistungsstärker sein, um den Wasserdampf und vor allem die Saunaabwärme schneller rauszubringen. Das Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelbett war sehr schön und bot mit der Schrankwand viel Stauraum. Das Zimmer mit den beiden Stockbetten war schon recht klein und dadurch die Luft ziemlich schnell schlecht und verbraucht. Was noch schön gewesen wäre, wäre zwei Liegen für die Terrasse, zum Entspannen nach dem Saunagang. Praktisch ist es, dass der Vermieter auch gleichzeitig noch der Wirt der Gaststätte im Erdgeschoss ist, wo man gut essen kann. Und toll ist es, dass man jeden Tag drei Stunden ins kleine aber feine Schwimmbad gehen darf, das sich gleich gegenüber befindet. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
