Staff was super nice. Breakfast was limited but they offered free coupons to have breakfast elsewhere. Great choice to stop on a road trip.

Really not much to like. The check-in person was very rude and belligerent. When I asked if he knew anything about ADA compliant rooms, he said not really. So, none of the required training by management. When I said that the room I booked was advertised as being accessible, and that it was not ADA compliant, he came unglued! He said that I should have my attorney contact the motel's attorney and sue then! The "accessible" room had no seat in the tub, the shower wand was too high to reach even for a 5' 2" person standing, and the towels were also way to high to reach from a wheelchair. NOT ADA compliant!!

The room was clear and beds comfortable. However, the bathroom shower pan lip was low and shower curtain not long enough which allowed water to get on the floor. Not a great safety feature.

Nice place to stay

Staff was super friendly. Parking was easy, room was clean, and we liked that they gave an option to eat the hotel breakfast or they provided a coupon to go to the saloon by walk drug and get a free breakfast entree. We went to the restaurant and the food was wonderful, we only had to pay for our drinks.

I stay in a lot of hotels for work and on this trip I was too tired to make it all the way to Rapid City. Decided to stay here and had a great experience. Beds are very comfortable and the property and rooms were very clean. If you need a hotel, in Wall, I highly recommend.

Very clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Nice quick breakfast options. Pancakes. No elevators. No dining options in the area if you arrive late . But close to the Badlands.

No elevator, access to the property from parking was horrible. Only one inconvenient door worked for using a luggage cart. Breakfast was limited and laughable. Our key cards were disabled despite our reservation of 2 days.
