The space
This private three-bedroom guest home is located on the 25-acre Villa del Rio Estate property, offering a peaceful retreat with comfort, privacy, and beautiful surroundings. Thoughtfully designed across two levels, the home combines spacious living areas with inviting indoor and outdoor spaces ideal for relaxing stays.

On the ground floor, guests will find two comfortable bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed—along with a full bathroom, a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a convenient washer and dryer.

Great property both outside (gated community, awesome landscape) and inside (furniture is in good shape, bathroom clean and have all needed stuff, kitchen well equipped) the house.
