Bedroom Configuration
Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed with ensuite.
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed with beautiful Roys Peak views.
Bedroom 3: 2 Long Single Beds or 1 Super King Bed.
Bedroom 4: 2 Long Single Beds or 1 Super King Bed.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 can be configured to suit your group before arrival.

Location
Set in Northlake Wanaka, you’ll be close to walking and cycling trails, local parks, cafés, and the lakefront. Cardrona, Treble Cone, and Snow Farm ski fields are all approximately a 30-minute drive away.

Starter Essentials
To help you settle in, we provide starter essentials including toilet paper, washing powder, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, shampoo, body wash, and hand wash. These are provided as starter supplies and may need to be replenished during longer stays.

Guest Access
Guests have full private access to the entire home, including the garage and outdoor entertaining areas.

Guest Verification & Guest Portal
For the security and comfort of our guests and property owners, all guests are required to complete our Guest Verification process before arrival, regardless of which booking platform their reservation was made through.

Verification is completed through our SuiteOp Guest Portal, which provides everything you need for your stay, including:
Check-in and check-out instructions.
Property information and house guide.
Wi-Fi details.
Local recommendations and helpful information about Wanaka and the surrounding area.

Completing Guest Verification before arrival helps ensure a safe, seamless, and well-prepared check-in experience, with easy access to all key information before and during your stay.
HOUSE RULES
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to respect our neighbours, the following house rules must be followed at all times.

No loud noise after 10:00 pm
As the property is located in a residential area, all outdoor noise must cease after 10:00 pm. Neighbours have been asked to report any disturbances. If you feel this may be difficult to comply with, this property may not be suitable for your stay.

Minimum age requirement
The minimum age for the primary guest making the booking is 20 years old. The primary guest must stay at the property for the full duration of the booking and may be required to provide valid photo ID upon request.
New Year`s bookings: For bookings that include New Year`s Eve (31 December), the minimum age requirement for the primary guest is 25 years old.

No parties without prior approval
Parties, events or gatherings are not permitted unless approved by Lakeview Properties in advance. Any unauthorised event may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund. Approved gatherings may incur additional guest fees.

Check-out time – 10:00 am
Check-out is strictly by 10:00 am. Late check-out requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

No smoking inside
Smoking and vaping, including the use of recreational drugs, are strictly prohibited inside the property.

Property condition on departure
Please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. Additional cleaning beyond the standard cleaning service will be charged at $60 per hour. Any damages, spills or stains must be reported promptly and may incur repair or replacement costs.

Board games (if applicable)
Please return all board games and pieces to their original boxes before departure. A $60 fee will apply if reassembly or sorting is required by cleaners.

BBQ use (if applicable)
The BBQ and all utensils must be thoroughly cleaned after use. Failure to do so will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

Agreement
By confirming your booking and staying at the property, you agree to comply with these house rules and any additional property-specific requirements provided before or during your stay.
