Sehr schöne große Wohnung in der 4. Etage mit wunderschönem Blick über den Hafen, wenige Meter vom Parkplatz über einen Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Die Sauna liegt direkt in der Etage darunter. Von dort gelangt man auch auf die Dachterrasse mit Liegen, Tisch und Stühlen. In der Wohnung mit hochwertiger Ausstattung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Trotz der großen Wohnanlage war es dort sehr ruhig. Durch kuk fühlten wir uns sehr gut betreut; schön, dass es den SMS-Service gibt, wenn bei Anreise die Wohnung bezugsfertig ist. Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung rundum wohl gefühlt und empfehlen sie unbedingt weiter!

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Hafenresidenz. Besonders gefallen haben mir die Sauna und die Dachterrasse, die einen tollen Blick bieten. Die Anreise war unkompliziert über den Schlüsseltresor, was den gesamten Prozess sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt, und die Lage direkt am Hafen ist einfach top. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Anmerkung und Anregung: Wir haben als 5-köpfige Familie ein Wochenende in der „Auszeit“ verbracht und das war es auch. Eine wirkliche Auszeit. Mit dem ersten Blick in die Wohnung und auf den wunderschönen Warener Hafen sind wir komplett runtergefahren und angekommen. Das sehr süß angerichtete Begrüßungspaket, zeigt wie gastfreundlich K&K Ferienimmobilien ist. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Dies untersteicht den Entschleunigungsfaktor nochmals. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Die vielen großen Fenster durchfluten die Räume mit Licht und geben einem ein bisschen das Gefühl über dem Wasser zu schweben. Der Ausblick ist das absolute Highlight und wird im Wohnbereich auch aufgegriffen und in der Ausrichtung der Möbel berücksichtigt. Die gemütliche und bereits gut eingesessene Couch bieten einen super Blick sowohl auf den Kamin als auch auf das Panorama nach draußen. Der Kamin ist sehr leicht zu bedienen, spendet eine angenehme Wärme mit einem sparsamen Holzverbrauch. Ein weiteres Highlight im Wohnbereich ist die Küche mit einer tollen Ausstattung und einer bequemen und einladenden Sitzgruppe. Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat, war auch die Ausstattung mit Kinderstuhl, Kinderbett und sogar kindersicheren Steckdosen. Zwar nicht überall in der Wohnung aber größtenteils, so dass es den Aufenthalt für Eltern/Großeltern noch entspannter macht. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß und geräumig, die Betten sehr bequem und die Rollos im Schlafzimmer ermöglichen selbst im Sommer eine dunkle Nacht. Die Bäder sind sehr elegant und bieten viel Stauraum. Großes Plus ist das Vorhandensein sowohl einer Badewanne als auch einer Dusche. Es hat im Großen und Ganzen nichts gefehlt in der Wohnung und die Ausstattung macht einen langen und entspannten Aufenthalt perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können jedem einen Aufenthalt zur „Auszeit“ nur weiterempfehlen. Die Wohnanlage liegt im Zentrum der Stadt. Die Wohnungen sind barrierefrei durch einen Fahrstuhl zu erreichen. Ein Parkplatz in der unmittelbaren Nähe ermöglicht ein entspanntes Ein- und Auspacken. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Und die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung mit Handtüchern, Bademantel und Saunatüchern lädt zum Saunieren ein. Ein praktischer und individueller Fitnessraum ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
