Ferienhaus Waren (Müritz)

Quietly situated on the outskirts of Waren (Müritz), in a residential area, the 40 m² holiday home for up to 3 people is located at the rear of the approx. 1,000 m² fenced residential property. It is approx. 900 m to the public swimming pool on the Müritz and approx. 2.5 km to the town centre (public transport). Shopping facilities are in the immediate neighbourhood.



The cosy non-smoking house is equipped with a living room (sofa bed – extra bed for one person, dining area, flat screen TV, radio/CD), a bedroom (double bed 1.40 m wide), a hallway with integrated mini-kitchen (electric plates, fridge with freezer, microwave, various small kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer. The house has electric heating and an instantaneous water heater in the bathroom. There is also a furnished terrace with a Hollywood swing, a car park, bicycle storage and storage facilities, a barbecue and part of the garden. Please note: the holiday home is not suitable for small children under the age of 4.



The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, water and energy consumption. Please bring your own towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.



The state-recognised spa town of Waren (Müritz) is located in charming surroundings directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District.



Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district, outdoor swimming pools, boat and bicycle hire, surfing and sailing schools and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service). Motorway access approx. 25 km.
