The holiday apartment with separate access is located in the owner's house in a quiet residential area in the Warenshof district. Restaurants, shopping facilities and guarded bathing beach on the Müritz within a radius of 2 kilometres. The accommodation is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, dining table, satellite TV, hi-fi system), a bedroom (double bed, 2 beds, baby cot available), a kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower and WC, central heating. Internet (W-LAN) is also available. There is a terrace and a barbecue. It is possible to hire boats and moorings. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, water and electricity. Heating according to consumption. Towels are to be brought along. Pets are allowed: Dogs (not cats) up to a height of 30 cm are allowed in this property. Dogs are not allowed in the bedroom.



The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Motorway access approx. 25 km.
