Noisy room. Reception staff awkward
Reception staff not welcoming suggesting with out a credit i could not stay as they could not charge for extras. Room was already paid for and i did not want any extras. They then checked realised they couls accept samsung pay on my phone. Room was noisy.

Favourite Place to Stay - Business Trip
This is my favourite place to stay when working away. The staff are really friendly and helpful, the food is great, it is very clean and tidy. The place has a lovely feel and as a female solo guest, I feel very safe in their hands and always get a perfect nights sleep. I have recommend this venue to a number of my colleagues as a great place to stay.

Very basic breakfast, a noisy and slow serving bar and very basic rooms masked by what is undoubtedly a grand building. Staff seemed a little tense, overall, too.
