Recently refurbished and painted, the apartment boasts three bedrooms and sleeps up to eight guests comfortably.
Spread across three levels, the spacious apartment also features two lounge areas with flat screen TV's, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining room, balcony, washing machine and dryer, parking and ample storage throughout.

Level One
Relax in the stylish loungeroom with a glass of wine after a day of sightseeing and enjoy Netflix on the smart TV.
The large bedroom on this floor is perfect for kids and has a single bed and bunk bed (a single bed over a double bed)
There is also a bathroom (with toilet) and laundry (with washing machine and dryer) conveniently located on this level.

Level Two
Level two features the hub of the apartment with an open plan kitchen, dining area, and balcony. Open the sliding door and let the sea breeze in while cooking up a storm in the fully functional kitchen. The large dining table is perfect for entertaining and the BBQ on the balcony allows for an extra cooking zone.
Also located on this floor is a bathroom (with toilet) and bedroom two, which has a queen bed and ample storage.

Level Three
Level three has a spacious lounge with flat screen TV and games, the perfect getaway for the kids. The third bedroom is also located on this level with a queen bed, lots of storage and beautiful Norfolk Pine views out the window.

Great apartment! Has everything you could need and conveniently located.

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was clean and had everything we could need. It has a lovely homely feel and the kitchen is very well equipped. Very convenient to the Deep Blue hot springs (only a 4 minute walk) and all the lovely walks and parks in the area. Highly recommend and will be staying again next time I visit Warnambool.

Well appointed

The unit was very clean and had a great range go games (inside and outside) for the use of renters. The beds are very comfortable and the linen was clean and of a high quality. The parking at the rear made it easy to come and go as the car was straight outside the door. The area is quiet at night and had a lot of activities for all the family in walking distance. The kitchen was well equiped even with an air fryer for healthy cooking and there was plenty of cutlery and crockery. There was a lot of books around to read. Thank you Stephanie for a great apartment.
