Warrnambool Heritage Cottage

Just a short stroll from Warrnambool’s picturesque coastline is a delightful cottage where you can relax in private. Designed to evoke nostalgic memories of a wonderful bygone era, whilst allowing you to enjoy modern day comforts, it is mentally stimulating yet physically relaxing.

The cottage sleeps up to 4 people. Two bedrooms one with queen size bed and the other 2 single beds. All have electric blankets and additional blankets.
A split heater/air conditioner is located in the kitchen. There is also a gas heater in the living room.

* Private courtyard with a gas BBQ;
* Relaxing sunroom with garden views and music;
* Leadlight windows that allow you to bathe in filtered sunlight;
* The bathroom does have a clawfoot bath with the shower overhead. There are 2 steps down to the bathroom and the sunroom.
* Cosy loungeroom with gas log fire, TV, DVD player, and a range of videos and games;
* Cooking and laundry facilities;
* Comfortable beds and excellent heating;
* Tea and coffee provided.
* Pets Welcome but not allowed on beds or furniture

Close to town centre, swimming beaches, adventure playground, seafront promenade, whale nursery, stunning coastal view points, Tower Hill State Wildlife Reserve, the Great Ocean Road and 12 Apostle coastal park.

Close to sports and recreational activities including: Golf, tennis, horse riding, bike hire, bike riding tracks including Warrnambool to Port Fairy rail trail.

The cottage was absolutely amazing. Beautiful decor, family friendly, historical information adorning the walls, cosy and enchanting rooms. The host even sent a message to make sure everything was to our liking. One does not need to take anything, just their clothes and a sense of adventure.

Cute Cottage Christmas

My family and I had a lovely time during our stay over Christmas. We had everything we needed to prepare our Christmas meal. We appreciated the unexpected touch of having decorations and even a Christmas tree inside.

PERFECT.

A unique and perfect set up for us. We totally enjoyed the historical ambience. We had a beautiful sea breeze most of the time on an extremely hot weekend. Bed was supe1r comfortable. The only challenge for us was that one guest couldn't shower due to difficulty getting into bath for shower. This said we Adapted and managed. Thank you. adapted.

Beautiful Cottage

Right from the start you notice the cleanliness of this property, everything you would want is available, My wife & I were very pleased both with the house and the size of the back yard, we had 2 small dogs who loved running around this very tidy and spacious property. We only stayed 2 nights because we were just passing through, love to stay longer next time. Thank you for a beautiful experience.

The house was very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms lovely as is lounge. The steps down to the bathroom created some difficulty. We were aged 74 to 85. The BBQ could do with an upgrade - unusable unfortunately. We will return

We could live here

Loved every minute. The property is so cottage core cute. Fully fenced for the dogs. Close to everything. Neighbours were nice too. Owner made everything easy and checked in to see how we were going. Would stay afain. Highly recommend.

Cute cozy cottage

Cute cozy cottage located conveniently near Thunder Point and not too far from city centre. Came with the pooch which was great as there is an enclosed yard. Be careful of the kitchen cold tap, it goes the wrong way.

Great Place to Stay

Lovely place for a holiday, cozy heating, nice court yard and small lawn area, well fenced and safe for the dog. Bit of traffic noise (hoons) but we got used to it. Stairs down to the bathroom could be a little tricky especially in the middle of the night. Overall a really good place to stay and we enjoyed our time in the house. Thank you very much
