The Space:

This cozy apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The room layout consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The interior of the apartment envelops guests with a homely atmosphere thanks to wooden floors and bright decor in warm, friendly colors. The necessary equipment and functional furnishings allow guests to truly relax during their stay. From multimedia amenities (free Wi-Fi connection, a flat-scree TV) to household appliances (a washing machine, a dishwasher) – we’ve got all needs covered! To ensure a stress-free beginning of a stay, guests are provided with starting pack of complimentary toiletries, towels and bed linens. Guests travelling by car can park on a private parking spot in the underground garage.

This comfortable and modern apartment is uniquely situated on the border of three Warsaw districts - Mokotów, Ursynów and Wilanów. The complex has elevator amenities and underground parking.

The location is very attractive due to the proximity of the Metro Wilanowska station (3 bus stops), important transportation hubs and full infrastructure. At the same time, the neighborhood is very peaceful thanks to the proximity of green areas and location away from the hustle and bustle of the city center - it is an ideal choice for people seeking peace and privacy in the city. On the estate there is (extra paid) fitness club, and SPA center offering flotation therapy. There are many restaurants within a 1 km radius, the closest one being in a neighboring residential complex. Opposite the apartment there is a supermarket, which is convenient for all daily needs. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes by car or 40 minutes by public transportation.
