The bedroom is dominated by a comfortable double bed, ideal for relaxing after an eventful day. Next to it is a remote working area, equipped with a desk with a comfortable chair. Light-coloured walls and dark-coloured accessories create an elegant atmosphere, while a spacious wardrobe with mirror provides additional convenience for guests. The living room with kitchenette is dominated by bright colours, which accentuate the space and fill it with light. A comfortable sofa bed and a flat-screen TV invite you to relax with your favourite film. The living room of this charming apartment leads out onto a beautiful balcony, where comfortable garden furniture awaits, creating the perfect place to get away from everyday life and immerse yourself in moments of relaxation. Here, while enjoying a freshly brewed coffee from the capsule coffee machine, Guests can savour the beautiful views and relax amidst the pleasant sounds of the surrounding nature. The kitchenette of this apartment is an excellently decorated space that will meet the expectations of even the most demanding guests. You will find all the necessary kitchen accessories and equipment to facilitate the preparation of everyday meals, including an oven, dishwasher and induction hob. The Neighborhood:

The building is located in the heart of Warsaw on Grzybowska Street. It is a tall, elegant building distinguished by its modern design. The city centre is a district rich in entertainment and attractions, where there is certainly something for everyone. The city's rich gastronomic scene makes it a top destination for gourmets and those eager for a new culinary experience, with restaurants in the area serving cuisine from all over the world, including Korean, Indian and Italian. Any history enthusiast will appreciate the architecture of old Warsaw and the short distance to the Warsaw Uprising Museum. The Browary Warszawskie gastronomic zone located next door is also worth a visit. Nearby, you can find the famous Hala Mirowska (Mirowska Hall), which takes only five minutes to walk to - this place is iconic and full of unique atmosphere. The city centre (Palace of Culture and Science) can be reached in less than fifteen minutes, as can the Warszawa Centralna railway station. Despite its location in a densely built-up area, there is room for numerous green areas in the neighbourhood, including Mirowski Park or the beautiful Saski Garden. The place is perfectly communicated with the rest of Warsaw, and it takes only six minutes to walk to the nearest metro station, Rondo ONZ. Additionally, numerous tram and bus stops will certainly make travelling around the city easier - the nearest one (Mennica 01) is located just a few dozen metres from the building.
