A nice place for two nights.

The hotel is huge. It is easy to get around and staff is friendly. Breakfast was good. The bathroom is odd. The space in front of the sink is so wide you really have to lean in to brush your teeth and I am tall. I want imagine what it would be luke for a child. Finally, the water pressure or should I say lack of pressure made a shower twice as long. It was a nice place dor two nights!

Close to train station, walkable to old town in under 30 mins. Breakfast was extensive but go earlier as it gets busy! Room was quiet on 11th floor. No housekeeping.

Firstly we arrive and check in and to our surprise we were given a room adjacent to the elevator, even though I reserved a fair while ago. We said this to the reception and very kindly they changed our room. Upon bedtime we found out that we would be sharing the room with a couple of dead exoskeletons of insects already tucked in for a good night of sleep! Besides this, service was very good and breakfast was decent.

This hotel is old and behind the life time. Needs to be refurbished badly. Toilet flush was not working in my room, but also on the first floor. The staff was very tricky, did not want to change my room. Breakfast is basic, coffee terrible. I may not return back before they will not refurbish the hotel . But the price is as for normal hotel . Shame on them

The hotel was very close to the central rail station, which was great! Pictures of breakfast items on your website need changing as they did not do justice to the actual large variety that was available for breakfast.

Comfortable hotel, slept really well. Breakfast was very good and the self made waffles were fun. Walking distance to the central transport hub so great for getting anywhere. Train to the airport is very convenient and less than €1. They didn't clean the rooms during our 3 day visit. Maybe it is something we needed to request but it wasn't obvious.

Great central location. Comfortable and sound-proofed rooms with all basic amenities and filtered water filling stations. Staff was courteous and efficient. A bit impersonal but probably to be expected with such a large establishment. Decent breakfast but not as sumptuous as other places in Poland (and I had 6 other stays all across Poland on this trip to compare to). The only thing missing was a decent on-premise restaurant for other dining beyond breakfast. Not a show-stopper though since there are enough other nice dining options available within walking distance.
