The central part of the apartment is a comfortable living room with a sofa bed that can serve as an additional sleeping space. Opposite is a TV with cable channels and a Smart TV, perfect for evening relaxation.



Large windows provide access to natural light, and the living room offers direct access to the balcony, which provides additional space for relaxation.



The kitchenette is designed in a modern, bright style. White cabinets, a wooden countertop, and a decorative wall panel create an elegant and practical whole. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an oven, dishwasher, induction cooktop, and refrigerator. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is provided.



The bedroom is decorated in calm, light colors conducive to relaxation. It contains a comfortable double bed, a chest of drawers, and a desk, making the room functional even for those working remotely. Air conditioning enhances the comfort of your stay, especially on warmer days.
