The apartment features a room with a comfortable double bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony where guests can relax and enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Guests have access to a variety of practical amenities, including free WiFi, an iron, a washing machine, a fridge with a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and kitchen accessories. Guests can use the public parking outside the building, but parking spaces are not guaranteed.

To start your stay, we have provided a set of basic hygiene items such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and shower gel. However, we would like to inform you that these are available in limited quantities and are primarily for the first few days of your stay.
